My Story

After dedicating over three decades of unwavering service to the national healthcare technology sector, specializing in outreach, quality improvement, marketing, and sales, I found myself succumbing to the invisible and relentless situation of burnout, autoimmune diseases, chronic pain, and fatigue.

I was so enmeshed in my societal-self (as a single woman having a successful career, working around the clock to exceed all expectations of others, while suffering in silence so as not to disappoint anyone) that I neglected remaining on my true journey in life, following my inner compass and living from my soul. I did whatever was expected. I was exhausted but remained on the latest mission towards success that empowered so many others.

Until, that is, the unbearable perfect storm knocked me down and left me stranded by the wayside, alone in pain, crying out for help that no one else wanted to hear. In an instant, I went from being a highly functioning overachiever to being unable to get out of bed.

This formidable journey through professional dedication not only tested my limits but also obscured my inner compass, distancing me from my true North Star.

In my quest for personal recovery and rejuvenation, I embarked on a profound journey inward, seeking to realign with my core values and rediscover the guiding light that once illuminated my path. The transformative phase of introspection and healing marked the beginning of a new chapter, one where my well-being takes precedence, allowing me to forge a future with renewed purpose and vitality.

Emerging from the fog of burnout and chronic afflictions, I embarked on a deeply personal voyage back to the essence of my being. The journey, arduous yet enlightening, rekindled my passion for service and innovation, steering me towards a purpose greater than I had ever envisioned. It is with renewed spirit and clarity that I stand, leveraging my extensive background in technology, digital design, outreach, sales, and marketing to support and elevate the endeavors of practitioners, therapists, life coaches, social workers, and others.
