About Beth Schindele

I spent over 25 years in healthcare technology, leading statewide programs, training physicians on electronic health records, and building systems that helped entire organizations navigate complex technology transitions.

I was recruited by Dr. Farzad Mostashari to join Aledade, where I personally built relationships with independent primary care physicians across 27 states to support the shift to value-based care. Before that, I designed and directed the Delaware Regional Extension Center, helping physician practices adopt EHR systems and modernize how they deliver care. I also led the CMS DOQ-IT program in Delaware and taught CompTIA and ONC Health IT courses at Bucks County Community College.

I was good at what I did. I was also burning out.

After years of pushing through chronic pain, autoimmune disease, and a pace that was not sustainable, my body forced me to stop. Everything I had built my identity around came to a halt.

That season changed everything. It forced me to rebuild, not just my career, but how I wanted to work. I became a certified coach, earned multiple training certifications, and started asking a different question: how do I use everything I know to help people in a way that actually works for my life?

The answer became Find Your North Star. I took my technology background, my coaching training, and my experience translating complex systems into something people can actually use, and I built a business helping women coaches, therapists, practitioners, and service providers do the same thing I help them do for their clients: show up, get found, and grow.

I work from Bucks County, PA with clients nationwide. Most of my clients stay one to three years or longer. This is not a side project for me. It is the work I was always building toward.

Over 25 years in technology, healthcare, and systems strategy. Before building websites for women-owned businesses, I spent my career helping physicians and healthcare organizations navigate complex technology transitions.

I served as Director of Strategic Physician Outreach at Aledade, where I personally recruited independent primary care physicians into Accountable Care Organizations across 27 states, working directly with Dr. Farzad Mostashari to build the company's early national network.

Before that, I designed and directed the Delaware Regional Extension Center initiative, supporting physician adoption of electronic health records and healthcare technology systems. The program was recognized by federal healthcare leadership for its success. I also led the CMS DOQ-IT program in Delaware, guiding physician practices through the transition from paper records to electronic health records.

That career taught me how to translate complex technology into something professionals can actually understand and use. That is exactly what I do now for coaches, therapists, practitioners, and service providers. The systems are different. The approach is the same.
