For over 25 years, I worked in technology, most of it in healthcare, leading statewide programs, training physicians on electronic health records, and building systems that helped entire organizations navigate complex transitions.

I was recruited by Dr. Farzad Mostashari to join Aledade, where I built relationships with independent primary care physicians across 27 states and territories to support the shift to value-based care. Before that, I designed and directed the Delaware Regional Extension Center, helping physician practices adopt EHR systems and modernize how they delivered care. I led the CMS DOQ-IT program in Delaware and taught CompTIA and ONC Health IT courses at Bucks County Community College.

I was good at what I did. I was also burning out.

After years of pushing through chronic pain, autoimmune disease, and a pace that was not sustainable, my body forced me to stop. Everything I had built my identity around came to a halt.

That season changed everything. It made me rebuild, not just my career, but how I wanted to work. I became a certified coach, earned multiple training certifications, and started asking a different question: how do I use everything I know to help people in a way that actually works for my life?

The answer became Find Your North Star. I took my technology background, my coaching training, and my years of translating complex systems into something people can actually use, and I built a business helping coaches, therapists, practitioners, and women-owned businesses do what I help them do for their own clients: show up, get found, and grow.

I work from Bucks County, PA, with clients nationwide. Most of my clients stay for years. This is not a side project. It is the work I was always building toward.

What I Do Now

I partner with coaches, therapists, holistic practitioners, and women-owned service businesses to build the strategy, websites, and systems that let them focus on serving their clients. I build on Kajabi, Squarespace, WordPress, and Wix, and after launch I stay as an ongoing partner, handling strategy, SEO, email marketing, website updates, Google Business Profile management, and everything in between.
