Effective Date: Date of Purchase

By purchasing the Website Wellness Package from Find Your North Star, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Service

This service includes:

Updates to your website’s platform, theme, and plugins
SEO keyword audit and suggested content optimizations
Security scan and basic issue remediation
Link, form, and download functionality checks
Website performance and speed evaluation
A summary report will be delivered to your email

This is a maintenance service, not a redesign or new build.

2. Delivery Timeline

Services will be delivered within 14 business days of purchase unless otherwise communicated. You will receive a report or confirmation of completion via email.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing any necessary login credentials and access to your hosting or content management system promptly upon request. A delay in access may result in a delay in service.

4. Support

This package includes priority email support for the quarter in which it is purchased. Emergency fix support (response within 48 hours) is included for basic site issues.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this digital service, no refunds will be issued once work has commenced. If access or materials are not provided within 14 days of purchase, your service may be forfeited.

6. Recurring Billing (If Enabled)

If you selected a recurring billing option, your card will be charged automatically every 90 days. You may cancel future billing at any time before the next charge date.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your website and content. Find Your North Star does not claim any rights over your assets or branding.

8. Limitation of Liability

Find Your North Star is not liable for downtime, loss of data, or third-party issues arising from plugin updates, platform errors, or hosting interruptions.
