Core Support

What do you actually help with? I help you build and run the business behind your business. That starts with strategy, where you are, where you want to go, and what will actually move you forward, and includes your website, SEO, email, systems, and the ongoing support to keep it all working. Most people come to me thinking they need a website. What they really need is for the website, the marketing, and the technology to finally work together. That's the work I do.

What makes you different from other web designers? Most designers build your site, hand you the keys, and disappear. I don't. I start with strategy, build what fits your business, and then remain in your corner, handling the technology, optimizing as you grow, and there when you need help. Most of my clients work with me for years because they have someone they trust who doesn't disappear after launch.

Do you take short-term or one-time projects? Yes. Some clients hire me for a single defined project, a website build, a platform migration, or a retreat launch system, and that's the whole engagement. Others want support for a season, through a launch or until a retreat fills. Ongoing monthly support is there for clients who want it, never required. Many project clients return when the next project arrives, which is exactly how it should work.

Do you build new websites, or only support existing ones? Both. Some clients come to me for a new website or a complete refresh. Others already have a site and want consistent support to improve it, keep it healthy, and make it easier to manage.

What platforms do you work on? Kajabi, Squarespace, WordPress, and Wix, the platforms most service businesses use. Tell me what you're using now and I'll confirm whether I can support it and what the best next step is.

Can you help me choose the right platform? Yes. We choose based on your offers, your comfort with technology, your timeline, and what you want your business to do next, not based on trends or what I happen to prefer.

What if I'm not "good at technology"? That's more common than you'd think, and it's exactly what I'm here for. My job is to make the technology feel simpler and more manageable, without ever talking down to you. We move at a pace that keeps you clear and supported.

Do you have resources for finding small business grants?  Yes. Each year I publish the Find Your North Star National Grants & Funding Guide, a free directory of verified grants, business competitions, fellowships, and low-interest loan programs for women-owned service businesses. Every opportunity is checked against official sources, and every entry explains who qualifies, how competitive it is, and whether the application is worth your time. How We Work Together

Is this a website service, or strategy, or coaching? It's all three, working together. I provide hands-on website and technology work, the strategy behind it, and coaching-style guidance so you can make confident decisions, keep your focus, and stop spinning. The website is one piece. The point is a business that works for the people who built it.

What is it like to work with you? Collaborative, practical, and calm. You'll always know what we're doing, why it matters, and what happens next.

Do you have packages, or can I book one session? Both. You can start with a single Strategy Call if you need quick clarity or a specific problem solved. If you want consistent progress and a trusted advisor for the long term, ongoing monthly support usually fits best.

Can you work with me even if I don't have everything figured out yet? Yes. Many clients come in with a vision and a lot of scattered notes. We organize your ideas, clarify your message, and build from there.

Scope and Boundaries

Do you write all of the website copy for me? I help you shape your message, improve your clarity, and polish key pages. If you need full copywriting for every page, I can provide that as part of a website build or recommend a path that fits your goals.

Do you provide branding and logos? I help you confirm brand colors and make sure your site looks cohesive. If you need a full brand identity and logo suite, we'll talk about what you need and the best way to handle it.

Do you manage social media for clients? I help you create a plan, write content, and set up systems so posting feels easier, but I don't manage daily social media posting.

Pricing

How much does it cost? Three ways to start, depending on what you need. A 60-minute Strategy Call is $125. Website builds range from $3,500 to $20,000 depending on platform and scope. Ongoing monthly support starts at $750 per month, month to month, with no long-term contract. You can see full details on the Work With Me page.

Do you require a long-term contract? No. Ongoing support is month to month. Most clients continue for years because they want to, not because they're locked in.

What if it's not the right fit? The Strategy Call is the place we both find out. If we're not the right fit, I'll tell you honestly and point you toward what is. You'll leave that call with clarity and concrete next steps either way.

Logistics

How do we meet? We meet virtually through my client portal. You'll get a secure login where you can schedule sessions, join calls, and keep everything in one place, private notes, session recordings, and saved resources. If you ever need a different format for a specific reason, let me know and we'll find what works.

Do you work with clients locally, or only online? Both. I work with clients locally in Bucks County, Montgomery County, and the Philadelphia area, and I support clients virtually nationwide.

How soon can we start? It depends on my current client load, but you can usually start with a Strategy Call quickly and choose your next step from there.

How do I book a call? You can book a Strategy Call directly through my scheduling page. It's a focused 60-minute session, and you'll leave with clarity and concrete next steps.

Results and Expectations

Will my website rank on Google? I build and optimize websites with strong foundations for search, clear structure, readable content, SEO best practices, and content that AI search tools can understand and surface. Rankings improve over time with consistent effort, but no one can honestly promise specific positions, and I won't.

Can you help me get more clients? Yes, in the sense that we align your strategy, your website, your message, and your systems so the right people can find you, trust you, and take the next step. Your website should support your business, not sit there looking nice and doing nothing.
