What do you actually help with?
I help women coaches, therapists, practitioners, and service providers with their websites and the technology that supports them, including setup, fixes, organization, and next-step guidance. If you are overwhelmed, stuck, or tired of trying to figure it out alone, you are in the right place.

Do you build new websites, or only support existing ones?
Both. Some clients come to me for a new website or a complete refresh. Others already have a site and want consistent support to improve it, keep it healthy, and make it easier to manage.

What platforms do you work on?
Kajabi, Squarespace, WordPress, and WIX. These are the most common platforms used by service businesses. If you tell me what you are using now, I will confirm whether I can support it and what the best next step is.

Can you help me choose the right platform?
Yes. We will choose based on your offers, your comfort with technology, your timeline, and what you want your business to do next, not based on trends.

What if I’m not “good at technology”?
That is more common than you think. My job is to make the technology feel simpler and more manageable, without talking down to you. We move at a pace that keeps you clear and supported.

How We Work Together

Do you offer coaching, or is this a website service?
It is both. I provide hands-on website and technology support, and I also guide you like a coach so you can make confident decisions, stay focused, and stop spinning.

What is it like to work with you?
Collaborative, practical, and calm. You will always know what we are doing, why it matters, and what happens next.

Do you have packages, or can I book one session?
Both. You can start with a single session if you need quick clarity or small fixes. If you want consistent progress and a long-term partner, ongoing monthly support usually fits best.

Can you work with me even if I do not have everything figured out yet?
Yes. Many clients come in with a vision and a lot of scattered notes. We can organize your ideas, clarify your message, and build from there.

Scope and Boundaries

Do you write all of the website copy for me?
I can help you shape your message, improve your clarity, and polish key pages. If you need full copywriting for every page, I can also provide that as part of a website build or recommend a path that fits your goals.

Do you provide branding and logos?
I can help you confirm brand colors and ensure your site looks cohesive. If you need a full brand identity and logo suite, we can talk about what you need and the best way to handle it.

Do you manage social media for clients?
I can help you create a plan, write content, and set up systems so posting feels easier, but I do not manage daily social media posting.

Do you offer “affordable” options?
I offer a few ways to start, depending on what you need right now. Website builds range from $3,500 to $20,000, depending on platform and scope. Ongoing monthly support starts at $750 per month with no long-term contract. The best fit depends on your goals, timeline, and budget.

Logistics

How do we meet?
We meet virtually through my coaching portal. You will get a secure client login where you can schedule sessions, join calls, and keep everything in one place, including private notes, session recordings, and saved resources. If you ever need a different format for a specific reason, let me know, and we will find what works.

Do you work with clients locally, or only online?
Both. I work with women locally in Bucks County, Montgomery County, and the Philadelphia area, and I also support clients virtually nationwide.

How soon can we start?
It depends on my current client load, but you can usually start with a conversation quickly and choose the next step from there.

Do you offer a free call?
Yes. I offer a free 30-minute strategy call to understand what you need and whether we are a good fit. No pressure and no sales pitch.

Results and Expectations

Will my website rank on Google?
I build and optimize websites with strong foundations for search, including clear structure, readable content, SEO best practices, and content that AI search tools can understand and surface. Rankings improve over time with consistent effort, but no one can honestly promise specific positions.

Can you help me get more clients?
Yes, in the sense that we align your website, your message, and your systems so the right people can find you, trust you, and take the next step. Your website should support your business, not sit there looking nice and doing nothing
